Tory Wingate 

Manages the construction aspect of the business on a daily basis

He possesses a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas A&M University in Bio-environmental Science, along with 17 years of experience running the day-to-day operations at Wingate Builders.  

 

Tory’s distinctive competencies are developing strong relationships with clients and maintaining an excellent quality of work.

 

In addition, his background experience deals in residential construction and OSHA Safety. In residential construction Tory prepared various cost analysis based solely off of blueprints.  Additionally, he negotiated and finalized turnkey home deals using a team approach to minimize construction logistical impacts as it pertains to the different trades. 

Residential Construction Experience:

  • concrete pours

  • setting up and preparing slabs by building the forms

  • digging beams

  • drilling underreams

  • windstorm integration into the slab 

  • setting and tying rebar 

  • laying moisture barriers 

  • finishing concrete

General Construction Experience:

  • reading blueprints

  • developing material’s list using blueprints

  • estimating a project budget and timeframe for completion

  • preparing a slab for framing a house

  • house framing

  • installation of windows and doors

  • roofing

  • house remodels

  • redesign of floorplans on existing homes

Sheree Wingate 

Manages the administrative aspect of the business on a daily basis

She possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University in Architecture.

 

Through her successful tutelage from university, she has over 15 years of experience in AutoCAD, which enables her to design homes and buildings in an efficient manner.

Residential and General Construction Experience:

​

  • designing new construction floorplans, including all structural aspects

  • making changes to existing blueprints

  • meeting clients’ needs within design layouts

  • communicating effectively with clients throughout the design and build process

  • effectively creating design solutions

In conjunction with Tory’s capabilities, the sky is the limit to what they are able to achieve in the Real Estate Development realm.
